John W. Peterson is one of the founding members of the Firm.  He no longer is an active partner of the Firm, having relocated to Nashville, Tennessee where he accepted a partnership with the prestigious firm of Riley, Warnock & Jacobson, PLC.  Mr. Peterson continues to collaborate with the Firm on several matters, primarily in the areas of general business, complex commercial, securities, insurance, real estate, and construction litigation.
